A: Our granite memorials are sandblasted so that the lettering is cut about 1/4 deep into the granite headstone. This ensures the longevity and quality of our pet memorials.
Q: What will my granite pet memorial look like when it's finished?
A: We make our pet memorials exactly the same way headstones are made for cemeteries. You should expect the same quality and craftmanship on your pet memorial as would be expected for memorial stones made for people.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my granite memorial after I design my headstone and place my order?
A: We try to get your order processed and completed as quickly as we can. Most granite memorial orders ship within 7 - 14 business days. At Pet Memorials Direct we strive to create pet memorials of the highest quality, so it may take us a few days over our average turnaround if we have higher than normal order quantities. If we foresee that it will take longer than usual to finish your pet memorial order, we will notify you and let you know to expect a short delay.

Q: What is the difference between a "Serenity" monument and an "Everlasting" monument?
A: The Serenity line of pet memorial is half the thickness of our Everlasting line of memorials. It depends on your taste as to which model you'll need. Everlasting memorials are more durable, while the Serenity line can be used as either a memorial plaque or as a headstone.
Q: How long does it take to receive an urn or casket from the time I order?
A: Our urns are shipped the next business day after you place your order typically. This means that however long it takes to ship is how long it will take to receive in most cases.
